At the heart of the Flair Visitor Centre in Santry, the Testing Zone brings our engineering to the forefront. This is where every detail is challenged, refined and proven. It offers a clear view of the thinking behind each product and the standards we hold ourselves to before anything reaches a showroom or installation. Designed as a live, working environment, the Testing Zone allows visitors to see how our enclosures perform under real conditions. Components are tested for strength, durability and long-term use, giving confidence in how they will stand up in everyday bathrooms. It also plays a key role in product development. Our in-house team uses this space to refine designs, improve functionality and ensure every element works as intended. From movement and alignment to seals and finishes, nothing is left to chance. For installers and retail partners, the Testing Zone adds another layer to the Visitor Centre experience. It creates a deeper understanding of how products are built, how they perform and why they are engineered the way they are. This is where design meets performance.
