As a company, we are focused on challenging the norm and going above and beyond expectations, particularly when it comes to product design and customer care.
The Flair Brand Team wanted to do something radical for our brand - something that hasn’t been done in the industry before and that would set us apart, in the same way that our products do.
The connection between water and our showering products is an obvious one but we wanted to do something more daring than a photoshoot or video shoot in a studio.
The Flair Creative Brand Team heard about Largy, known locally as the secret waterfall on the West Coast of Ireland in Donegal and immediately knew it was the perfect backdrop for our products and brand to come alive.
A rugged Atlantic coast location with an abundance of natural beauty in the landscape all around. Even the curved shapes of the rock formations around the beach mirrored our product design language – we just knew we had to make it happen!
On our first visit to Largy, we realised the challenge that was ahead of us. The waterfall is only accessible on foot across rough terrain at low tide and quite inaccessible for what we had planned.
We enlisted the help of locals without whose help this project would not have been possible. Their knowledge of local weather patterns and tides, help with off-road access, and plans to bring product into the waterfall by boat proved invaluable.
The timing of our shoot couldn’t have been worse. In December 2023 and January 2024, Ireland was hit hard by seven named storms in just four months, including storms Gerrit, Isha and Jocelyn, resulting in severe weather warnings and low temperatures along the coastline.
The wait for a suitable window was agonising and thwarted on several occasions. We gritted our teeth and waited out the weather - returning on several occasions to complete the shoot.
Logistically, the project was complex. The production company and locals alike kept saying we were mad but were equally intrigued by our ambition.
We encourage our customers to FIND YOUR FLAIR - that is to create their own joy and happiness in their everyday lives – maybe it’s a walk on the beach with loved ones, a swim in the fresh embrace of the sea, a hot cup of tea and a chat with friends, the choice is yours.
The most beautiful sunrise on day one made all the planning worthwhile. WATERFALL BY FLAIR was a 5-day shoot, with 15 people on location, including a production company with directors, cameramen, videographers,( including behind the scenes (BTS) footage capture), our model Grace, local farmers with land access to the area, local fishermen, and a safety officer given the environment we were in!

This design-led brochure will communicate the essence of the brand alongside showcasing the award-winning product portfolio that is available through our retail Bathroom partner's showroom network.
We are very focused on creating meaningful connections with our audience, and communicating the call to action around creating your own moments of joy. This desire to create meaningful connections has become our call to arms - and from this our FIND YOUR FLAIR motto was born.
